Patch for KBabel/catalogmanager

Hi all!

I recently filed a wish on bugs.kde.org for catalogmanager 
along with a patch I am using here. It adds an 
"Open Recent Project" menu entry in catalogmanager.

There seems to be no active maintainer for
KBabel at the moment so I ask for review here.

The patch is for KDE 3.5.x so I am not sure
if it works with KDE 4.x.
