Both.

They are the official D-Bus tools for the Qt binding. The other tool 
(dbus-binding-tool) generates GLib code and has no "g" in the name.

Renaming dbusxml2cpp and dbuscpp2xml is without much consequence: only 
build systems have to be updated. However, renaming dbus to qdbus makes 
it so that the replacement for "dcop" is called "qdbus".
