Features for the new bugzilla?

It would be cool if the keywords feature[1] is used instead of tagging the 
title with various text symbols such as "JJ"(janitor job) and similar. I think 
it would make organization/searching easier. I don't think a heap of keywords 
that we think will be needed should be added, just that this feature is used 
when needed instead of title-tagging(which is rather primitive).

As Thiago says, the blocks/depends-on thingy is cool too.
