By this I assume you mean full applications should be limited to Python?  If 
so I agree.

But if you're talking about not allowing applications to use other languages 
then I'd disagree.

Or in other words, I think KDE should only require 1 non-C++ language (looks 
like Python?) to be installed.  If other languages are already installed I 
think applications should be able to take advantage of their prescence (for 
e.g. scripting or what have you).
