kconfigtests fails on windows

Hi,

I've a problem with kconfigtest on windows. It fails during
cleanupTestCase() because the file is still open.
When the file is created, it's closed correct. But when it already
exists, it's still locked after KConfig dtor...

Shouldn't KConfigINIBackEnd use QTextStream instead FILE* because
KSaveFile::fstream() is deprecated?


Any ideas?
