CMake 2.4.4 available for download

Currently I don't see a reason for requiring 2.4.4 (except on windows).
Until that changes I think we shouldn't upgrade the requirement, i.e. probably 
at least 3 months.

Nevertheless I recommend to upgrade to 2.4.4 to everybody.
(and if it's just to make sure nothing got broken from 2.4.3 to 2.4.4)
