QComboBox lost its USER property

No, it breaks compatibility within Qt4 releases...Qt3 doesn't have any 
USER property. But if Trolltec's customers doesn't complain, nor do I :)
Actually this broke all config dialogs in trunk which are used 
non-editable combo-boxes.
