[PATCH] Use HAL to detect (S)VCD/DVD

Hi,

Attached patch replace LinuxCDPolling with native HAL methods to detect 
(S)VCD/DVD, as LinuxCDPolling can be disabled for some reasons its better to 
use HAL methods in HAL backend =).
