The unix dbus daemon has build in default settings for the system and
session bus. This could be done similar under windows. Tor Lillquist's
dbus patches for windows uses tcp for the transport. It uses a random
tcp port, but save it into into a file, which could have a well known
path similar to the unix domain socket protocol.
