well .. yes and no. it's the wizard that lets one set up a remote connection 
complete with (if desired) an icon on the desktop and entry in remote:/ ... 
it's probably...

i don't think it's called from kdesktop anywhere, though it is accessible from 
konqi via remote:/

kdesktop and kicker, though if they end up getting removed as planned then it 
will become a moot point
