Yes, commits in kdelibs/pics(or something like that), gets CC'd to 
kde-artists, such that they can track it. It's similar to khtml-cvs, in other 
words.

I've never heard of your problem before, but it surely is annoying. Not yet 
sure on what to do about it, though.
