kdebase with trunk/kdelibs

hey =)

in case anyone else is contemplating or actually doing the same as i am, 
thought i'd just note that i've been keeping kdebase in sync (at least as far 
as building) with trunk/kdelibs ... 

when the next snapshot is done (monday?) i'll commit in one go and we should 
be good to go pretty quickly, unless someone has a better idea.
