Just to let you know, I committed KJob::exec() in kdelibs trunk a few minutes
ago. KJob still calls deleteLater(), it's safe until you activate the Qt
event loop after a KJob::exec() call. If problems arise we'll be able to
modify this behavior, but for now it looks ok.
