RFC: caption and makeStdCaption to KInstance?

hi...

any objections to moving the two static methods caption() and 
makeStdCaption(const QString&, bool, bool) to KInstance and replacing the two 
bools with a StandardCaptionFlags flag?

this would, for instance, allow KSystemTray to lose it's dependency on 
KApplication and move us one step closer to having a KApplication-free KDE 
(assuming that's still on the plate)
