move Phonon to trunk kdelibs (another branch to merge)

This is kind of a chicken and egg problem. I want to give Phonon more exposure 
in order to support development and make it easier for others to chime in. 
It's easier for others to help if Phonon is in trunk...

This actually came up before, and I was thinking on the lines of putting them 
into kdemultimedia first and when the decision for a default backend has been 
made move that one to libs or base. But this is orthogonal to the question of 
whether putting Phonon in trunk now is ok.
