I've looked at the code for this, and a significant proportion of the
code is dealing with things like transparency and shadows (using
screengrabs). Since KDE 4 should have a composition manager and Qt4
supports alpha channels for top-level windows, this doesn't seem
appropriate to me for kdelibs.
