No. IIUC, the server config requires you to use 128-bit. If you try to use 
anything less or more, it'll display an error.

IE and Firefox currently have 128-bit turned on, as did we in KDE 3.4. For 
3.5, George made it so we ask for 168-bit up front, but fall back.

Not sure. It's not failing, but maybe they haven't turned 128-bit support 
off yet.
