Please revert. 

It was time to do such kind of things in the past message unfreeze period. Now 
it is too late for such a little string change, especially that the 
translators have to translate KDE (3.5.2) and KOffice (1.5 RC1) in less than 
two weeks now.

Also the next time, please change it to use %1 and to have the year externally 
to the translated string, so that the year can be changed during a message 
freeze.
