usage of KDE_DEPRECATED

Well, that is another problem that I have currently with KDE4. 

The @since macros are not changed despite changed behaviours (e,g, return 
values). I do not find that right, especially that it is not done so when 
function parameters change.

So if it should not be done with @since, how should it be done? (I do not know 
if multiple @since commands are wanted.
