For the interface name I'd leave out the application name, basically for the 
reasons that you mention.

It kinda makes more sense to me if we treat the D-BUS interfaces like Java or 
C# interfaces: There is one interfaces which more than one application may 
implement.  So in this case, KTTSD would be the official KDE implementation 
of org.kde.KSpeech
