moving kdewin32 to kdesupport ?

Hi,

in kdelibs/ there's still kdewin32/.
AFAIK there was the plan to move this to kdesupport.
I think this would really be The Right Thing and now would be a good time to 
do it.
Since I have no Windows I cannot do it myself.

What do you (Windows devs) thinks about it ?
