Create a "kde3" and "kde4" component to the "buildsystem" product. This 
would probably be a good solution considering there are some KDE 3 build 
system issues scattered around random places, and considering the amount 
of time KDE 3 is going to be around, it might be nice to consolidate 
them in once place a bit.
