compile problem in qt-copy

He didn't.

The symptom of upgrading to Qt 4.1.3 without running configure is getting 
Freetype-related errors and -DQT_NO_FREETYPE appearing.

Hint to Alex: rm qmake/*.o as well, or qmake won't report the correct 
version either.
