two playgrounds

hello from boston =)

we have two playgrounds in svn: trunk/playground and 
branches/work/kde4/playground

it would make sense if trunk/playground was kde4 in keeping with trunk/ being 
aimed at kde4. and so there are many things in there that are for kde4 in 
spite of the playground in branches.

coverity is also building and covering branches/work/kde4/playground

i'd like to merge these two modules into one in trunk/playground to eliminate 
the ambiguities. any objections?
