[kde-artists] HiColor-GNOME

Some while ago, I mentioned the fact that you could select the HiColor 
icon theme in GNOME.

Well I have GNOME up and running again (note that KDM will NOT start 
GNOME [built from source -- perhaps distros patch it] if it isn't 
installed with $PREFIX=/usr -- this is a GNOME bug).

So here is the screen shot:
