IIRC, there has been no change to the constructor since the class was
originally written. The constructor initialises an invalid date/time,
using the default QDateTime constructor. The Windows code which is under
discussion is not used in the constructor, but only in the new
currentUtcDateTime() method. I am confused as to why you mention the
constructor at all.
