Qt is a PITA here - the contents of these headers seems to depend on
if you make install (which didn't use to work) or not. For those of us
trying to parse the contents of the headers this 'improvement' is
anything but. This is ignoring the issue it introduces that there are
now 2 correct ways to include the same header which is just plain
stupid.

In case it wasn't obvious I really wish the trolls hadn't done this.
