[PATCH] The scrollable KDesktop problem (bug #40418)

Greetings, all.

Could you look at the enclosed patch for bug #40418 (The desktop is
scrollable when icons are dragged below the panel)?

It checks all KDIconView items after a drop event and if any item falls
outside the desktop rect, it's moved back in.

My concern is mainly with dual-head setups, since I have no such testing
 environment available.

But any and all feedback is welcome.
