Don't worry, MSVC has been droped back in 2004 or so when it failed to compile
kdelibs/kate/ interfaces, IIRC due to lack support for "partial template
specialization". No service pack will fix this.
The minimum for MSVC is 2003 version (aka .NET), this is the one I use.
