x-csharp mimetype

Hi list,

Currently working on C# support in KDevelop, I noticed that there's no 
mimetype for C# source files. Therefore, I propose a new mimetype called 
x-csharp for inclusion into kdelibs (until we use fd.o's mimetype database).

x-csharp is also what the fd.o mimetype database uses
(see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=231),
so I think it should be ok. A C# source file icon would also be great,
which is why I'm cc'ing kde-artists.

Can I commit the attached .desktop file into trunk's kdelibs/mimetypes/text?
