FYI: vim and emacs syntax files for cmake

Hi,

for all emacs and vim users, there exists syntax highlighting files
in der cmake documentation directory (in source tarball) which
makes the CMakeFiles.txt file a bit more readable :)

I discovered a hint to them in Alexander's CMake book on the flight back
home from Trysil. This book is really interesting... for example it describes
CMakes test framework which allows automatic nightly builds with nice
HTML presentations of the results. Maybe something we could test as
well...

Ciao,
Tobias
