snapshotting kdepimlibs?

I don't think we should add another snapshot. The kabc API isn't supposed to 
change until we do the transition to Akonadi. When this will happen and how 
it will be done is something we have to decide and announce when it's time. 

The rest of kdepimlibs which was kdepim internal up to now shouldn't affect 
other modules than kdepim. If other modules would like to use some of the new 
stuff which will appear in kdepimlibs we have to find a solution then.
