Custom cursors?

Actually the format can support it, at least in theory, it's just a matter of 
adding a "key" to the text array called for instance "hotspot", and in 
the "field" to put the position of the hotspot. Of course it needs to be 
standardized over gnome, kde, X11, whatever. But, nothing, really, prevents 
PNG to be used.
