yes.. this should be split out of konqi imho. this will allow us to make the
profiles more complex/powerful and remove some of the painful elements of
that GUI.

depends what part of the GUI. toolbars, menu shortcuts and perhaps one or two
other items are pretty middle-of-the-road user type features.
rearranging menubar menus, etc ... don't need to be nearly so obvious IMHO
