Bleeding edge branch

Hi,

In order to rapidly test changes to kdelibs at the kde four core meeting, I've
reinstated the branch of kdebase under branches/work/bleedingedge. So, if
you want to try out kdebase against kdelibs head, issue this command a
kdebase trunk checkout:

svn switch
svn+ssh://<yourusername>@svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/bleedingedge/kdebase

(or http(s):: if you're using that)

then update. The DONTPORT restriction is automatically overridden. You can
do this in your own modules by setting the cmake setting KDE4_IGNORE_DONTPORT
to true, either with set(KDE4_IGNORE_DONTPORT TRUE) before find_package(KDE4
REQUIRED), or locally in your build directory using ccmake.

Cheers,
Hamish
