Did you run cmake before this already at least once
in /home/kdev4/src/kde40svn/trunk/KDE/kdelibs ? Then a CMakeCache.txt has
been created there and running cmake again doesn't change the settings. To
use a different generator or a different build directory you have to delete
CMakeCache.txt first. So, delete
/home/kdev4/src/kde40svn/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/CMakeCache.txt and then run cmake
again from ~/src/kde40svn/trunk/KDE/build/kdelibs/ .
