I live outside the UK/US (in Finland actually), and I've never needed to
switch the keyboard layout in my life. I'm quite happy with my Finnish
layout.
So please, don't claim it's important for such a 'complete' group of
people, when clearly it's not.
And no, I'm not saying switching iss not important, only that it's not
so absolutely important as you claim :)
