KConfigBase & QUrls

This patch implements QUrl in readEntry/writeEntry. This allows us to 
deprecate readPathEntry/writePathEntry. I haven't figured out how to do lists 
yet, I'll probably have to write a template specialization for it.
What do you guys think?
