KConfigBase::writeEntry and flags (patch)

Hello

The previous patch doesn't work, because the old and the new function are 
ambiguous.

I had to remove completely the old function in order to get it work.

Anyway, after my research  (done with egrep)  the function called with theses 
parameters are not frequent.  it occurs only in kdelibs and in kcontrol.
