KCrash extensions

Hello,

there is an extended signal interface available (SA_SIGINFO) which so far is 
not used in KCrash/Dr. Konqi. It might be useful to include signal details in 
the backtrace report.
Not sure if anyone intends to work on KCrash for KDE 4.

The attached patch is a another suggestion which already needs the extended 
signal interface, but only to exclude the undefined default handler results 
for kernel-only signals as specified by POSIX.
(open konsole and run kill -11 $$...)
