Porting Kdelibs to Qt4

Hi, 
All help is welcome

some idea how you can test it:
 -  write a small test program  (that could go in a test directory)
 -  eventually merge your change to kdelibs-snapshot just in order to test it.
 -  port just the part of kdebase you want to test to the new kdelibs.
