Removing aRts

Mixing is of course a reason to use aRts. But there are alternatives: jack, 
polypaudio, ALSA dmix and whatever I forgot. I say, if people want aRts let 
them use it... that does not mean we have to keep releasing aRts, which is 
why trunk/KDE/arts can be removed.
