Obsoleting some classes

Hi!

As I lurked in kdelibs, I've some questions about removing some classes:
- kio/misc/kdesasl - this is used nowhere, pop3, imap, sieve, smtp protocols 
already uses cyrus-sasl. Also its API is very limited compared to cyrus'.
- kabc/ldapclient - this class is forked into kdepim, also very specific and 
very limited, and marked internal
- kdeui/kpixmapio - this is implemented in Qt4. 
(src/gui/image/qpixmap_x11.cpp)
