[PATCH] Add ability to acquire pick colors as mouse is dragged.

The attached patch applies to the file:
trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdeui/dialogs/kcolordialog.cpp

This patch makes kcolordialog grab & update the currently selected color
as the mouse is dragged.  The final color is still set upon mouse release
(the normal functionality).  I think this is useful so that users can get
a "preview" of the color they're hovering over before they release.

I was unable to test the patch as I'm unable to get trunk to compile at
the moment.  It seems pretty straight forward, but if someone could apply
it and test it for me I'd be most obliged.
