Some changes on kio/kio/jobuidelegate

Hi,

In reply to David Faure's mail I think that we are giving a general
interface for applications, and I think is important to keep them. For an
application is easier doing:

int theJob = Observer::self()->newJob();
Observer::self()->setInfoMessage(theJob, "Performing reading operation...");

than handling DBus calls directly to the UI server. At least is *ONLY* my
*PERSONAL* opinion.
