Status of i10n calls on KDE4

This is primarily for Chusslove but maybe someone else knows so i'm sending to 
k-c-d too.

As far as i remember, the new i10n framework will solve the problem we have 
sometimes with the substitutions not beign in concordance in gender, etc with 
the sentence itself, i mean, when you have:

"Please click on the capital of %1" and depending on values of %1 the 
translation of "Please click on the capital of" needs to be different.

Is that already solved in the current state of KDE4 i10n or will be done or it 
has been dropped?
