KIO::Job, JobUiDelegate strangeness (was: Preparing terrain for kio_uiserver)

Hi again,

The best option is letting the constructor as it was, with the same
parameters (and no extra parameters). Rewriting KJob::setUiDelegate(
KJobUiDelegate *delegate ) we can avoid the problem of calling to the
Observer::newJob before setting the ui().

The attached patch is the one that I will apply on tuesday if no objections.
