Doc status on KDE4. Was: docbook for ksysguard does not compile

Hi,

The problem is that I cannot build docs on KDE 4 so I cannot test.  I don't 
know how Erik does it. On KDE 4, all entities fail anyway for me... 
Either we enable the docbook to be built on KDE4 or we'll run into such errors 
when people add stuff in docs.
