Ctrl+Y shortcut for redo

this is a good reason to use things like Qt::CTRL+Qt::Key_K instead 
of "Ctrl+Y" ... makes it far easier to find things; LXR doesn't even 
grok "Ctrl+Y" as a search term apparently =/

anyways, yeah, i don't think this would be a conflict, though it's not pretty 
either.
