Please test: changes in how Qt4 is found

Does the job on FreeBSD for kdelibs, at the least (but .. qmake is in 
QTDIR/bin, right? as are moc and uic, so if you can find qmake you can find 
moc and uic *anyway*. where's the subtlety?)
